Serotonin Paper

I recently got new netbook and had installed ubuntu 11.04 on it.

my problem is:

1. I can't install anything. plugins, softwares of center.

when I get to a software in the public center, they say that I have to use the 'Universe' source.

and I click, they updates cache for 1B, and nothing happens.

2. I had to copy and paste the flash plugin file to mozilla lib folder to install,

but they said I have no permission for it. and  its permission was the root.

So, as administrator, I did 'sudo passwd root' and successfully made the password and did 'su'.

they showed me the root directory in the terminal, but not in folder browser.

so I can't still paste the plugin into the damn library folder.

I haven't had these problems in 10.10

what do I have to do??

your kind comment will relieve me from the agony not using the new netbook freeely...
